Contractors

1. Any Freeholder/leaseholder requiring scaffolding erected at the rear of the house, or undertaking works likely to intrude on the Garden, must place a deposit of £1,000 with Westbourne Management. 

2. On receipt of cleared funds, one key for the gate will be made available to the Freeholder. The key may only be used by the Freeholder and their tradesmen and must be returned when the works have been completed.

3. All scaffolding work must be carried out between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. No scaffolders are allowed to enter the Garden at weekends. No scaffolding or other material or equipment may be left overnight on any part of the Garden.

4. Workmen’s toilet facilities are not permitted in the common Garden areas or pathways. 

5. The lawn must not be used as an overspill for works.

6. It is the Owner’s responsibility to ensure that their contractors have adequate public liability insurance.

7. Deductions may be made for damage to the garden e.g. the lawn. Such amounts will be at the discretion of the Amenity’s board, and may equal or exceed the total amount of any deposit.
